You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment Terms

Our pricing model is based on qualified lead responses. You agree to pay the applicable fees for leads that respond to your outreach campaigns within the specified timeframe. Payment terms are as follows:

• Charges apply only to leads that respond to your campaigns
• Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
• All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these terms
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days written notice

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Send spam, unsolicited communications, or violate anti-spam laws
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices
• Violate the terms of service of third-party platforms
• Collect or harvest personal information without consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our proprietary technology or content.

8. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
